<p>It's not really a fascination really. (For most.) Guess it does appear we are all Diamond Crazy. ? But its one we have to have to obtain others. In fact Quetzal was retired at one point, so if you didn't have the Diamond to get him, you could not complete the personal quest of have one of each. Since there are so maaaaaany many ways of breeding it, people have their own theories and tricks and lots of people ask. So in the true fashion of the Wikia Communities, its all shared. Even you popped in and had a question about. ?At some point the Elusive Diamond Dragon gets us all. ? If you decide to try, Good Luck on your journey, you are most likely to be one of those lucky first shotters as you arent really out to get one. As it seems to pop up when we STOP trying for it. <p>Glad the the elusive Diamond ? has graced me with its presence finally. Started playing 4 years ago, got mad at TL and took a 3 year break ?. But then as said by another before, gave up on trying before I left. When I came back there were so many pretty pretty Dragons I wanted so looked for the best combo with the best chances of getting them ones I wanted. Of course Diamond wasn't my aim, but was part of this list. So I just started pairing the combo and waited to see what would bloom........  </p><p>Marshmallow and Fuzzy/Pegasus (just for a change.) Why didn't I mention a level? It doesn't matter is why. ? I got so many Dragons I wanted there are too many to mention, but along with them came my Diamond Beauty. So, just to repeat... It's LUCK and ANY combo with atleast 4 elements that will produce it. Only thing we get to decide really is how many Dragon possibles are in the mix and to an extent, time between fails. </p><p>Good luck to those still trying and don't give up, and again Luck for those you desire after its arrival.  </p><p>As Always, Happy Breedings! ???☁? </p>

<p>Actually I hope the answer isn't underhanded at all, not often do we see iOS getting shafted by TL. I don't think the "masterminds" take into account that while both platforms must craft the Dragons, there are really two different deadlines here that trip over each other. Those of you that can quest have a last day for questing and those that have to "evolve & grope in the dark" have a deadline. I was sort of caught off guard as well. Since they labeled Fri as the end I decided to save my bombs for the next big thing, only to see they changed it, and it now has a 70hr count down. General rule I follow: never expect them to say what they mean and mean what they say. If you can not finish with the first deadline w/o spending lots of gold, let it go, it will come back around sometime another way. It might be less to just buy it outright than to pay per part to keep up. I know its more satisfying to work for it, but some times when ya just gotta have that cute faced colorful winged bundle of giggling joy gold will have to be paid. <p>Actually Justajay. It's not a hoax. What it IS is a way to get you to spend your hard earned cash. You get a CHANCE at a higher chance ( see what they did there?) There is NO GUARANTEED way to get the dragons you want, unless you buy them. So when they throw these boosted rate "freebee" things......notice its not FREE just takes Silver instead of gold. (Speaking as a Droiders, not sure if iOS is completely free.)  </p><p>It's like this with all the FREE APP GAMING companies. They have to have a tricky way to get some of us to spend real money, especially when we know how dishonest they can be. So the choice is ours: To spend or not to spend. I'm all for bringing to light the underhanded things these companies do (especially this one) BUT it has to be a factually correct bashing. ? After all, they are already being sneaky, the game itself is GREAT, its the way the Devs USE IT, that is wrong. Keep trying been playing for YEARS still no Diamond of any kind for me either, but hey that's part of the fun right? Lol </p><p>As Always, Happy Breedings All! ??☁? </p>

<p>Sadly as Android we have even less space, but less Dragons as well. So its still bitter sweet. I still have the option to expand and wanted to check with higher Droid players. For TnT expansions its 20 per release so far? And how many releases for Droid? Sorry for the division and questions, just trying to preplan and learn from the lucky ones with higher parks. <p>Just played first, no blankets plus boosted still costs gold. Not sure what's going on but seems like the hamster on the wheel finally went on strike as well.  LOL. Hopefully they will get a fix just note how many PBs you have and check later, or start the email journey. If possible share our updates with it. <p>Strange..... is boosted iOS only? Usually it shows as FREE for boosted but it still asking for gold... Up to date but no boosted available. </p><p>As far as boosted goes...you have to read carefully... It's a CHANCE not a guarantee of a boost for rates. Sadly when marketing events and things, its all in the wording. And TL has it cornered. I wish us all the best of luck. <p>But for those that do not have the Artic or Quest options, we do not have the number of breeds, so not sure if we are affect by th same cost. When if ever we are able to get those options, I think our delima will start. We have geared to play as we are, so that will mean selling or trading to make room. Again it's not a "complete game" to me since it has missing components, but is there that much of a difference if known off hand by anyone that HAS done the research on Droid Draggies. Was just curious. Pre-thanks ???? </p>

<p>Ive been hearing the same story as mine. I left DS awhile ago due to the Droid/iOS gap. I just came back when I read that we were given previous iOS only content. Bower my being pleased only lasted until I reinstalled. Only part of the content was given but......how cool when I won big on the wheel. Since then every wheel has given me maps, coin, or food. I have just come to accept, until I decide to shell out the money for an iOS device, I will either take it as is, and not give them my $$. Or just quit again until another update comes along I find interesting enough to bring my me back, like now. The game is great, and the Draggies are just way too cute, but I do not believe that some should have to pay for when they are actually free content. Maybe one day TL will understand and get it. Til the I give my $$ to the company that seems to WANT all players as equals. <p>First guys you have to remember that in most games the spinning is NOT really happening. Its a graphic. But yes I too have had horrid luck. The first time I had really good 2 Dragons back to back, if I remember correctly it was White Chocolate and Marshmallow, then Lunar. I had JUST started playing again. Well that luck adiosed quickly. Since then I have gotten maps, coin, food. That's it. Yes sadly TL has issues, but reeeeeally to rig the wheel? For Shame! ?? But that's what it feels like. I know TL monitors their forums, not sure how much they tippy toe through ours, but then as I said I am just returning. Glad to see some changes, especially in the Droids sector, but that's what makes it seem fishy, it was so hard to code for Droid, that they gave just a bit, but even in that bit they are sneaky, like rigged wheels. LOL, when can't they just make the game and trust that the players will show loyalty and WANT to spend when we want or can and not FORCE us to? </p><p>Hoping for change. Happy Breedings All! ?? </p>

<p>Much like breeding the Diamond itself, it takes luck and patiently waiting for any Dragon to fall into your nest(s). I still have yet to obtain mine, simply because I lack the patience part LOL. But, give it some time and a bit of research. Use the calculator to find different combos. If you are after lots, find the one with as many choices for new Dragons with fewer commons. Or via versa. Everyone has a certain way they make their breeding plans. Sadly any advice would be just that, but who knows, someone's advice might be just what you are looking for. The Dragons bred with Diamond are ULTRA RARE, making them hard to get from the start, so a bit of planning and patience will be your best friend. </p><p>IDEA FOR YOU: What Diamond hybred are you after right now? With that in mind start off looking into the other Dragon needed, then use the calculator to see what the other outcomes are. From there you can make a few changes to adjust your breeding. For instance if the other Dragon is Fire for the Crusader GREAT 10sec fails!....but you also want Angel that uses Light ick! 9hr fails, try using Love instead. You may have gone from 2 to 4 possibles, but you have 2 Dragons that you want in the same pool now. 15 hr fail in Laser light is a pain, but if you don't mind, it still opens up the possibility for 2 Dragons with very few others to get in the way. Lasarlight is also a Rare, so less likely to show, so you will be dealing mostly with Loves @ 5 hr fail. Yes, fire is only a 10sec fail, but for Angel, Light Dragon is a 9hr fail, you have cut THAT fail time by 4hrs. ?? </p><p>So take your time and get to know your Draggies and how to ease the pain of breeding those sneaky Ultras, and you will have your Diamond Habitats full and beautiful in no time.  </p><p>Hope I didn't further confuse you, and offered you some comfort and help. So many are quick to jump on a theory ad post BEFORE they really understand the heart of it. Thanks to you I may just give it a shot again!  I am missing a lot of the Dragons in the Metal/Goodwitch (including Goodwitch lol) pairing too, so your find is perfect for my my little Dragon World! Thanks a ton again for sharing with us. </p><p>There are so many matches to try for Diamond, and like you said, that is how I used to decide which pairs to breed. If Im set for a few long breeds I throw Diamond in if not I stick to the lower fail times. Keep sharing your finds and......Kreationz (teehee) you never know how useful they can be for others. <p>Im not sure if Im explaining this right, but you can send how many ever requests but you will only ever receive 20 "gifts" in a  game day. So if you requested 42 maps. 20 will come in and when that game day "restarts" (basically 24 hour period) more will come in. Thats the way it was explained when I asked the same question when I first started, seem to make sense. But weird things happen like I send a gift and same person pops up with a request from 2 days earlier even thought I sent one then.  /shrug  </p><p>Happy Breedings! <3 </p>

</div> <p>Hiyas, </p><p>You dont really want to remove Storm, he will always send you items when requested. Its like a freebie TL gives you so you can still have someone to send requests to. Sadly you have to ask for one or the other maps or gold, and it will take a bit to get everything you need to expand in the long run. But for anti-social and new people it works well until you get that friend's list going. So they want to make sure you dont ever get rid of him. You dont HAVE to visit Storm, but he will be one friend that will always send you what you need. He doesnt hurt your list at all. So to have him sitting there harms nothing at all. Same with BS RS you can still build stoves even if you dont have others to ask for parts, but there again the time is what will kill you when you need 5 pieces of 5 parts to build. </p><p>Happy Breeding! <3 </p>
