That's no costume; the Clown Dragons are marked from birth by their red nose, polka-dotted hide, and comically colored plume. Clown Dragons make all other Dragons laugh, and for that, they are revered; Dragons are always at their strongest after a hearty guffaw. That's why every Dragon Island of renown has at least one Clown Dragon: to keep the rest of them laughing.

As the Clown Dragon grows larger, so does its funny bone. The Clown Dragon's comedic sensibilities become refined as the Dragon grows older. While a young Clown Dragon may rely heavily on knock-knock jokes, an adolescent Dragon will amuse the masses with a well timed pie-in-the-face gag.
Adult Form
Epic Form
The eldest and most wizened Clown Dragons are among the most fearsome of foes. With razor-sharp wit (to match their razor-sharp teeth), they cause their rivals to double up in laughter, causing severe soreness in their tummies. These Clown Dragons are masters of satirical, topical, and societal comedy, but they have a nasty penchant for sarcasm.
Epic Clown Dragons are nearly too funny for their own good. A mere sideways glance from one can leave you in furious fits of laughter so profound, you become distracted for hours at a time. When your calamitous chuckles subside, you've lost all sense of what you were doing at the time. For the sake of Dragon Island, Epic Clown Dragons are kept out of earshot from all but the most humorless of lizards.
By breeding two dragons that collectively contribute Yellow and Blue to the type pool. If a parent has the appropriate minor types, missing requirements may also be added to the pool, even if neither parent has the originally required types. Minor types that have been split from other minor types can also contribute their component types to the type pool.
DISCLAIMER: When attempting to breed the Clown Dragon, you may get other offspring instead. Check the Breeding Calculator to view all of the possible results of combining a particular pair of parents.
Notes[]
The Clown Dragon's design is based upon the Island Dragon's, although there are differences between the two.
When evolved from an Adult to Epic Form, the Clown Dragon's party hat transforms into a top hat.
