Story:
Dragon Tales: Forest Festival[]
- There was an air of nostalgia flowing through the Island and many dragons were calmed by its easing presence. Still, everything was heading towards a standstill as all the dragons were content to do nothing all day...
- The Siren Dragons were particularly affected. With their comfy feelings of warm memories bringing them to a gentle slumber, it became evident that this was no ordinary spell of pleasant weather.
- What was causing these bouts of sleepy kindness? It was a mystery to be sure, and one that not many dragons wanted to see solved. After all, everyone was quite content with such a sleepy week. Still, too many naps might not be good for the Island as a whole.
- Finally it was decided that if anyone were to investigate this anomaly, it would be a Dignified Dragon with a knack for sleuthing around. For the safety of all the dragons, this new mood would be vetted for its effect on the Island.
- So the curious Dignified Dragon went out to search for the cause and effects of this new wave of nostalgia on the Island. If there were even a hint of harm, he'd seek to end it. But what would he even be able to do compared to such a clearly powerful source of magic?
- It wasn't until the Dignified Dragon made it to the highest point in the area did he realize the scope of this event. Dragons all across the island were napping like there was no tomorrow! For all he knew there truly wouldn't be a tomorrow! Suddenly he heard footsteps behind him.
- A Oddwave Dragon came from the hill behind him and snuck up on the Dignified Dragon! What fortune brought a reliable friend in such a dire time? No matter the source, the two were determined to ensure that this effect would be stopped if necessary.
- With the Dignified Dragon and Oddwave Dragon working together, they found a strange cave. From it was emanating a warm feeling of coziness that they knew must be close to the source. But they found themselves sleepy and content too!
- Suddenly they were woken from their stupor by a friendly Transformative Dragon who had been investigating on her own! She woke them up and got the gang together to solve this mystery! But what they found was not what they were expecting!
- The three dragons discovered perhaps the simplest answer to all of this. The dragons of the Island were simply tired and had fond memories that they wanted to share. Everyone needed a break after how hectic things had been recently, and they decided to revel in the soft comforts of gentle memories. With no danger in sight, the three friends returned to their homes to enjoy a well deserved rest before the world became busy once more.
